1. Contact me and let me know where you’d like to go and when.
2. I’ll email you a travel planning questionnaire and travel profile form so that I have an idea of what kind of traveler you are and your travel preferences.
3. I will follow-up with a phone call or email to make sure I understand your preferences and expectations.
4. I will then go to work on your itinerary, including hotels, tours, activities, restaurant suggestions, transportation information, hours of operation and costs of attractions, GPS addresses or driving directions, etc.
5. The itinerary will be emailed to you for your review. We will go over the details and I will tweak or refine the itinerary to your satisfaction.
6. I will book the trip.
7. You will be given a detailed itinerary along with confirmation numbers and reservation details.
8. You have a wonderful vacation!
Cost: $200 per week of vacation.
(The average 7-day vacation takes from 10 – 20 hours of research.)
